Cakewalk tracks non-human identities (NHIs) separately from users. This page explains the NHI model and supported fields.

Cakewalk stores non-human identities (NHIs) in a dedicated entity that is separate from the User model.

NHIs can include identities such as bots, service accounts and AI agents discovered through supported app integrations.

• Users represent human identities used for lifecycle governance and approvals.

• NHIs represent non-human identities discovered from integrations.

• NHIs are shown in:

  • the NHI table under Users, and

  • the NHI tab in app detail views (when data exists).
