How to enable MFA

  1. Navigate to Fillout.com and click on your user's avatar in the top left corner.

  1. Click Settings.

  1. Click My account.

  1. Click Enable 2FA.

  1. Copy the MFA Token shown below the QR code.

  1. Navigate back to Cakewalk and paste the MFA Token into the corresponding field.

  1. Copy the One-Time Password.

  1. Navigate back to Fillout.com and paste the One-Time Password into the corresponding field.

  1. Click Enable to complete the setup.
