Connect your existing IdP workflows to Cakewalk to automatically reflect user provisioning and deprovisioning in Cakewalk.
If you already manage user access through your Identity Provider (e.g. Google Workspace, Entra ID), Cakewalk can automatically complete the corresponding provisioning tasks—without duplicating logic or manual effort.
To integrate your existing auto-provisioning workflows from your IdP with Cakewalk, make sure you’ve completed the prerequisites outlined here.
Keep in mind that you’ll need to do two things:
Activate auto-provisioning for the app
Add the app to a user group that is synced with your IdP
Once set up, users added to or removed from the synced group will be automatically marked as provisioned or deprovisioned in Cakewalk.
Navigate to App governance

Search for the app you want to configure for IdP-based auto-provisioning.

Select the app from the table

Click Provisioning

Click Configure next to Identity provider

Select the permissions that are auto-provisioned by your IdP

Save your configuration

To link your auto-provisioning configuration to a synced user group, navigate to User groups

Select the user group

Click Apps

Click the + button to add a new default app

Select the app for which you've just added the auto-provisioning configuration

Click Save and you're all set
