Where can I create an API Key?

  1. Navigate to your Zendesk console

  1. Click the settings icon

  1. Click on Apps and integrations.

  1. Click API tokens

  1. If you don't have API keys enabled then click here.

  1. Click Get started

  1. Click View token access configuration

  1. Click Allow API token access

  1. Click Save

  1. Return to API tokens

  1. Click Add API token

  1. Add a description

  1. Click Save

  1. Click Copy

  1. Return to Cakewalk and add your Zendesk admin email and paste in your API Secret

  1. Click Save & Enable

Where can I find my Workspace name?

  1. Navigate to your Zendesk console and click the settings icon

  1. Click here and copy your workspace name

  1. Return to Cakewalk and paste it to the corresponding field

  1. Click "Continue"

🔄 Access Sync

Access Sync for Zendesk allows you to automatically synchronize user data with Cakewalk.

Quick Setup

  1. Navigate to App Governance → Zendesk → Users table → Sync Users

  2. Grant Cakewalk OAuth access to your Zendesk account

  3. Users will sync automatically
