How can I set up MFA?

  1. Navigate to Docusign and click on your user's avatar in the top right corner.

  1. Click Privacy & Security.

  1. Click SET UP APP next to Authenticator App.

  1. Click Try entering the key into your app.

  1. Copy the MFA Secret shown.

  1. Navigate back to Cakewalk and paste the MFA Secret into the corresponding field.

  1. Copy the One-Time Password shown below.

  1. Navigate back to Docusign and paste the One-Time Password into the corresponding field.

  1. Click VERIFY to complete the process.

🔄 Access Sync

Access Sync for Docusign allows you to automatically synchronize user data with Cakewalk.

Quick Setup

  1. Navigate to App Governance → DocuSign → Users table → Sync Users

  2. Grant Cakewalk OAuth access to your DocuSign account

  3. Users will sync automatically
