How to enable MFA
Navigate to Intercom and select your user in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Click
Account security.
Enable 2FA.
Take a screenshot of the QR code presented.
Navigate back to Cakewalk and click
Upload QR Code Image.
Select the screenshot you just created.
Copy the
One-Time Passwordpresented.
Navigate back to Intercom and paste it into the corresponding field.
Click
Validate and Saveto complete the setup.
🔄 Access Sync
Access Sync for Intercom allows you to automatically synchronize user data with Cakewalk.

Quick Setup
Navigate to App Governance → Intercom → Users table → Sync Users
Grant Cakewalk OAuth access to your Intercom account
Users will sync automatically
