Region domain. Use app.eu.intercom.com for Europe or app.au.intercom.com for Australia. If no value is provided, the default is app.intercom.com (US).

How to enable MFA

  1. Navigate to Intercom and select your user in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  1. Click Account security.

  1. Enable 2FA.

  1. Take a screenshot of the QR code presented.

  1. Navigate back to Cakewalk and click Upload QR Code Image.

  1. Select the screenshot you just created.

  1. Copy the One-Time Password presented.

  1. Navigate back to Intercom and paste it into the corresponding field.

  1. Click Validate and Save to complete the setup.

🔄 Access Sync

Access Sync for Intercom allows you to automatically synchronize user data with Cakewalk.

Read admins, Read one admin, Read admin activity logs

Quick Setup

  1. Navigate to App Governance → Intercom → Users table → Sync Users

  2. Grant Cakewalk OAuth access to your Intercom account

  3. Users will sync automatically
