How to enable MFA

  1. Navigate to ClickUp and click on your user's avatar in the top right

  1. Click Settings

  1. Activate Authenticator App next to Two-factor authentication (2FA)

  1. Re-confirm your password

  1. Click Yes, ready to scan

  1. Copy the MFA Secret

  1. Navigate to Cakewalk and paste in the MFA Secret

  1. Copy the One-Time Password

  1. Paste in the One-Time Password

  1. Click Set up to complete the process

🔄 Access Sync

Access Sync for ClickUp allows you to automatically synchronize user data with Cakewalk.

Quick Setup

  1. Navigate to App Governance → ClickUp → Users table → Sync Users

  2. Grant Cakewalk OAuth access to your ClickUp account

  3. Users will sync automatically
