How to enable MFA

Set up MFA in Apollo using light mode. In dark mode, an issue prevents the QR code from being scanned.

  1. Navigate to Apollo and click on your user's avatar in the bottom left corner.

  1. Click Your profile.

  1. Click Multi-factor authentication.

  1. Click Set up next to Authenticator App.

  1. Take a screenshot of the QR code. Make sure the screenshot includes only the QR code.

  1. Navigate back to Cakewalk and click Upload qr code image.

  1. Select the screenshot and upload it.

  1. Copy the One-Time Password.

  1. Navigate back to Apollo and paste the One-Time Password into the corresponding field. Click Save to continue.

  1. Click Done to complete the process.
