How to enable MFA

  1. Click on your user's avatar in the top right corner

  1. Click All settings

  1. Click Login preferences

  1. Turn own Two-factor authentication

  1. Re-enter your password and click Continue

  1. Unfortunately, Calendly doesn't show the MFA Secret in the user interface. Therefore, please right-click the QR code and select Inspect from the contextual menu to open the developer tools of your browser.

  1. Next, copy the alphanumeric value that you can see between <title> tag

  1. Navigate back to Cakewalk and past the MFA Secret into the corresponding field and copy the One-Time Password

  1. Navigate back to Calendly and click Continue

  1. Past the One-Time Password and click Continue

🔄 Access Sync

Access Sync for Calendly allows you to automatically synchronize user data with Cakewalk.

Quick Setup

  1. Navigate to App Governance → Calendly → Users table → Sync Users

  2. Grant Cakewalk OAuth access to your Calendly account

  3. Users will sync automatically
